The New Forest National Park is a large area of natural beauty in Hampshire.
For this run we're heading to Brockenhurst which sits in the centre of the park and has amazing access to the trails.
We'll be completing an undulating 23km loop - A little longer than usual to make the journey worth it.
Please note - Train tickets can get expensive so either purchase them through the website [for group discount] or purchase advance tickets upfront for the 08:35 departure and the return of your choice.

The route is full of stunning viewpoints and forestry, however it's hilly in places and this is a long run so be prepared and come with fresh legs.
The total elevation is around 350m across the 23km.

Please note: This itinerary assumes you are travelling via train from central London however we welcome runners from anywhere!

We will meet outside of platform 3 at London Waterloo.
If you are meeting us directly there please meet us outside the main entrance/exit to Brockenhurst station.

There is parking available at Brockenhurst Station, charges apply.
Post run refreshments
Post run we will head to the Rosie Lea Kitchen which has local wines and beer to sample as well as some delicious food.
If we can reserve an area we will, however we don’t formally book a table as this often requires a deposit/exact numbers. If the chosen pub/cafe is full or busy we will try somewhere else.
What to bring
Trail running shoes
Wear appropriate shoes for uneven terrain & muddy conditions!
Carry at least 500ml of water with you.
You're unlikely to forget this but please remember to fully charge it.
Bring an energy gel, bar or some sugar to help refuel during the run.
Running pack or bag
You'll need something like this to carry everything in.
A sun hat for warm weather or a warm hat for cold weather.
In cold or wet conditions please bring gloves.
Carry a small amount of cash, you never know when it will be useful.
