Join us in Princes Risborough for the first of three evening adventures in the Chilterns.

This run is organised in conjunction with the Chiltern Society, a charity dedicated to maintaining much of the beautiful trails we run on in the area.
This first run takes us out to Whiteleaf & Brush Hill from Princes Risborough for a 12k route.
Whiteleaf Hill Nature Reserve is up there with our favourite places to run in the Chilterns and this route will treat you to some brilliant hilly forest trails throughout.
The route will be led by Chris & Tim, aiming to complete the 12.4km in approximately 1h15, finishing at The Bell for a post-run drink.

Driving & parking
There is plenty of parking directly at Princes Risborough train station.
Post run refreshments
After the run, we will enjoy a post-run drink in the beer garden at The Bell in Princes Risborough.
If we can reserve an area we will, however we don’t formally book a table as this often requires a deposit/exact numbers. If the chosen pub/cafe is full or busy we will try somewhere else.
What to bring
Trail running shoes
Wear appropriate shoes for uneven terrain & muddy conditions!
Carry at least 500ml of water with you.
You're unlikely to forget this but please remember to fully charge it.
Bring an energy gel, bar or some sugar to help refuel during the run.
Running pack or bag
You'll need something like this to carry everything in.
A sun hat for warm weather or a warm hat for cold weather.
In cold or wet conditions please bring gloves.
Carry a small amount of cash, you never know when it will be useful.
Water reistant jacket
Always bring an extra layer or two in case the weather turns nasty.
