The run will adhere to social distancing measures in place at the time.
For those attending via train, we advise you travel on your own or in small groups to allow social distancing - For this reason we ask you to purchase your own train tickets rather than through our website.

Please note: This itinerary assumes you are travelling via train from central London however we welcome runners from anywhere!
If you're driving, see below for parking details.
There will be no meeting point in order to minimise social contact. Please board the train on our own or in small groups.
Meet outside the main entrance of Taplow station. The guides will be there from 09:50.

For those who purchase train tickets on our website, you will receieve them from your guide at Paddington.
Driving & parking
There is a car park at Taplow station.
Post run refreshments
If pubs have reopened we will aim to have some post-run drinks in a local pub beer garden.
It's unlikely we will be able to have a group lunch together, so please arrange this yourself or bring some post run snacks.
If we can reserve an area we will, however we don’t formally book a table as this often requires a deposit/exact numbers. If the chosen pub/cafe is full or busy we will try somewhere else.
What to bring
Trail running shoes
Wear appropriate shoes for uneven terrain & muddy conditions!
Carry at least 500ml of water with you.
You're unlikely to forget this but please remember to fully charge it.
Bring an energy gel, bar or some sugar to help refuel during the run.
Running pack or bag
You'll need something like this to carry everything in.
A sun hat for warm weather or a warm hat for cold weather.
In cold or wet conditions please bring gloves.
Carry a small amount of cash, you never know when it will be useful.
Water reistant jacket
Always bring an extra layer or two in case the weather turns nasty.
