This route features two National Trust estates - Knole Deer Park and Igtham Mote.

The second half of the run is particularly enjoyable as we climb onto the Greensand Way and take in the superb views of the surrounding countryside.

The route is just over 10 miles and has some moderate undulation throughout but no extremely steep or long hills.

Meeting points

Charing Cross

Will will update this closer to the time and organise a meeting point based on the social distancing measures in place at the time.

Route start

Please meet outside the main entrance at Sevenoaks train station. The guides will be there from 09:45.

Please meet the Runaway team at the meeting point 15-20mins prior to departure.

There is parking available directly at Sevenoaks train station.

We will head to one of the many pubs in Sevenoaks for a drink after the run.

If we can reserve an area we will, however we don’t formally book a table as this often requires a deposit/exact numbers. If the chosen pub/cafe is full or busy we will try somewhere else.

A sun hat for warm weather or a warm hat for cold weather.

In cold or wet conditions please bring gloves.

Cash

Carry a small amount of cash, you never know when it will be useful.

Water reistant jacket

Always bring an extra layer or two in case the weather turns nasty.
