Itinerary & meeting points
Please note: This itinerary assumes you are travelling via train from central London however we welcome runners from anywhere!

Please organise your train tickets yourself (get a Network Railcard to get the same price at GroupSave).
Meet us either on the train or directly at Tonbridge station.
Let's meet outside of the main station entrance between 10:05-10:15.

Please meet the Runaway team at the meeting point 15-20mins prior to departure.
Driving & parking
There is loads of paid parking available at Tonbridge station.
Post run refreshments
We will head to the beer garden at the Ivy House for some post-run refreshments.
If we can reserve an area we will, however we don’t formally book a table as this often requires a deposit/exact numbers. If the chosen pub/cafe is full or busy we will try somewhere else.
What to bring
Trail running shoes
Wear appropriate shoes for uneven terrain & muddy conditions!
Carry at least 500ml of water with you.
You're unlikely to forget this but please remember to fully charge it.
Bring an energy gel, bar or some sugar to help refuel during the run.
Running pack or bag
You'll need something like this to carry everything in.
A sun hat for warm weather or a warm hat for cold weather.
In cold or wet conditions please bring gloves.
Carry a small amount of cash, you never know when it will be useful.
Water reistant jacket
Always bring an extra layer or two in case the weather turns nasty.
