Starting from Cockfosters tube and on the London loop trail we head into Trent Park which has a mixture of woodland trails and open paths.

After exiting Trent Park we head across the road and into Hadley wood to complete a brilliant single track route that we've been perfecting recently.

This one isn't too hilly, so we should keep a nice steady pace.

Meeting points

As you leave Cockfosters tube station, turn right and meet us in the car park entrance.

Will will make a pitstop at a local pub post run for a drink and maybe even some Christmas celebrations.

If we can reserve an area we will, however we don’t formally book a table as this often requires a deposit/exact numbers. If the chosen pub/cafe is full or busy we will try somewhere else.

Wear appropriate shoes for uneven terrain & muddy conditions!

Carry at least 500ml of water with you.

You're unlikely to forget this but please remember to fully charge it.

Snacks

Bring an energy gel, bar or some sugar to help refuel during the run.

Running pack or bag

You'll need something like this to carry everything in.

Hat

A sun hat for warm weather or a warm hat for cold weather.

Gloves

In cold or wet conditions please bring gloves.

Cash

Carry a small amount of cash, you never know when it will be useful.

Water reistant jacket

Always bring an extra layer or two in case the weather turns nasty.
