Please organise train travel individually in order to minimise social contact.
Route start
Meet us outside Deli Stop, which is located on the east side of the train station.
Trains & tickets
Train also calls at - Finsbury Park
Please meet the Runaway team at the meeting point 15-20mins prior to departure.
Driving & parking
There is paid (£2.80) parking available directly at the station
Post run refreshments
We will organise any post run refreshments closers to the run. However due to restrictions and the cold weather it is likely we will not be able to do anything as a group.
If we can reserve an area we will, however we don’t formally book a table as this often requires a deposit/exact numbers. If the chosen pub/cafe is full or busy we will try somewhere else.

What to bring

Trail running shoes
Wear appropriate shoes for uneven terrain & muddy conditions!

Water
Carry at least 500ml of water with you.

Bring an energy gel, bar or some sugar to help refuel during the run.

A sun hat for warm weather or a warm hat for cold weather.

Always bring an extra layer or two in case the weather turns nasty.
