This route is packed full of amazing woodlands that surround Wendover.

These include Hale Wood, Pavis Wood and the main attraction, Wendover Woods.

There are a few steep climbs on this run, so come with fresh legs and plenty of energy.

Meeting points

We will organise a meeting point at London Marylebone closer to the day.

We will stop in at the Shoulder of Mutton pub for a post run drink.

If we can reserve an area we will, however we don’t formally book a table as this often requires a deposit/exact numbers. If the chosen pub/cafe is full or busy we will try somewhere else.

Carry at least 500ml of water with you.

Bring an energy gel, bar or some sugar to help refuel during the run.

Running pack or bag

You'll need something like this to carry everything in.

Hat

A sun hat for warm weather or a warm hat for cold weather.

Gloves

In cold or wet conditions please bring gloves.

Cash

Carry a small amount of cash, you never know when it will be useful.

Water reistant jacket

Always bring an extra layer or two in case the weather turns nasty.
